(1) There will be a plan proposal evaluation and recommendation committee to evaluate and recommend proposals for plans to be invested by the fund.
(2) The constitution of the recommendation committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Secretary, National Planning Commission Secretariat – Coordinator
(b) Office of the Joint Secretary, Prime Minister and Council of Ministers – Member
(c) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Member
(d) Three members nominated by the committee from among the people who have at least seven years of experience in the field of economic growth, infrastructure development or community development after obtaining a bachelor's degree. (e) Joint Secretary, National Planning Commission Secretariat – Member-Secretary
(3) According to clause (d) of sub-rule (2), the term of office of the nominated member shall be two years.
(4) Section
of sub-rule (2) acting contrary to the purpose or interest of the Fund The committee may remove the nominated members as per (d) at any time. But before such removal he shall not be deprived of the opportunity to clean himself up.
(5) The recommendation committee may invite experts and related officials in the relevant field to carry out its work.
